Game freezes upon startup

I Started playing Drakengard 3 the other day, and everything worked perfectly fine. However, when i started route b, the game started to freeze whenever i try to save. It still runs perfectly fine during regular gameplay, the only issue is with the saving

I get this error message in the log when i attempt to save:
F {PPU[0x100002c] Thread (SaveData) [HLE:0x01b60324, LR:0x0157c0a8]} SIG: Thread terminated due to fatal error: Failed to move directory C:/Users/thest/Downloads/rpcs3-v0.0.21-13370-a4d715e2_win64/dev_hdd0/home/00000001/savedata/NPUB31251-SAVE/ (Already exists)(in file D:\a\1\s\rpcs3\Emu\Cell\Modules\cellSaveData.cpp:2001[:24], in function savedata_op) (error=0xb7)

It might be worth noting that i also attempted to install several DLCs once i hit this stage in the game. But i have tried removing the DLC, and the issue persists.
Any help with this issue would be very. very much appreciated.

Empty log, do this
1- Boot the game you want to upload the log for.
2- Close RPCS3 after a few seconds or when you reach the menu screen (Don’t reopen the emulator again as this will clear the log).
3- Upload the log.
