What are the chances of getting online multiplayer support similar to an actual PS3?

Basically friends list, online trophy sync, Playstation Home, and reviving downed multiplayer games. Like MAG or SOCOM 4. Is it actually doable with an emulator? I could understand if it's not possible with online games. Having to connect to a server and all. Maybe this is just nostalgia hitting me.
