I'm trying to play Dante's Inferno in 720p, and got only 30-35 fps in combat and about 70-80 fps in the initial cutscene, I tried other tweaks and it got worse to 30-40 fps in the cutscene, it's in the most updated version (1.04) and I updated the emulator a few days ago

My configuration:

CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2689 V1( specs: 8/16 Sandy Bridge 2,6-3,6 Ghz 115W TDP)

RAM: 2×8 GB 1333 MHz CL9

GPU:Asus GTX 760 2GB OC

MB: X79 Kllshire V1.3

PSU: Redragon 700W Full Modular

Does it influence the cpu is at 8/8? With God of War 3 in the cutscene I got above 60 fps, and in gameplay only 11 fps, I saw a test at Dante's Inferno that with a 2650 V2(8/16 Ivy Bridge,2.6-3.4 Ghz 95W TDP) if you got 60 FPS spiked, can this generational difference cause a gain of ~25 FPS?
