Actually it can't be playable as of today with RPCS3 v0.0.8-9710 Alpha, config by default aside of Vulkan. With PPU Interpreter it runs slow at 30 fps and with PPU Recompiler it runs at 60 fps (with framelimit) but with the textures glitches. Same for OpenGL.

Playable, but with some performance issues and heavy texture glitches in some places

RPCS3 Version: 0.0.10-10506-717e851a Alpha

Both LLVM recompilers
1080p, 100% Resolution scale, no Vsync, 60FPS limit
120Hz VBlank Freq

Will edit later with video proof.

EDIT: Video here: https://youtu.be/6PlEfEQysZI

It does work well for me without the major graphic glitches with PPU LLVM enabled. I'm new to this, but I recorded a video at 1440p showing a complete race.

RPCS3 0.0.12-10871-639650c6 Alpha (2020-09-12)

Vulkan Renderer
PC Specs:
Core i7-3770K
32GB RAM
NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti
AMD RADEON RX 550

Emulator settings are in the video.
FreeSync is enabled, hence the little choppyness of the video recording, and also the windows taskbar flickers at some point.

(this is an unnoficial report as the game has been playable already for a long time).

EDIT: forgot to mention that I'm using nvidia Vulkan Beta driver which have features and bug fixes not yet avaliable on the standard driver.
Driver version for nvidia is Vulkan Driver Beta version 27.21.14.5206. You can download it at https://developer.nvidia.com/vulkan-driver

I did try the version RPCS3 Version: 0.0.14-11633-28feea04 Alpha. with a Nvidia RTX 3090 and 2080TI using the developer vulkan driver and a newer driver from the nvidia main page. Textures with LLVM is still messed up. works with Intercepter fast, or another branch of RPCS3 specific build for Daytona.

The texture glitches have definitely been fixed. I've been keeping an eye on this game for a while.

Running LLVM at 200% resolution with auto framelimit.

Weird. Try wiping your config and clearing the cache.

Oh, I noticed you have a different version of the game, mine is NPEB00630. Maybe the other release didn't get fixed yet.
I guess I'm posting in the wrong thread.
