Hello I have been trying to run Persona 5 with 60fps
Most of the time I am hitting 20-30 when I am out walking or can control my character.
I do sometimes get the bliss feeling of 60 fps but it rarely happens, the game either goes between 40-50 fps or it just cuts down to the 20-30 mark.
Is there some settings I can change or a better version I should use instead of the newest that could improve the stability?
The game feels unplayable or just a bit annoying whenever I am walking around with 20 fps.
I have a strong pc with a good gpu and cpu so it shouldnt be that.
Cpu: i9-9990k
Gpu:1080ti
Ram: 16gb 3200mhz
