Skate 3 Graphical/Resolution Glitch

I did alot of research myself but couldn't find anything near resembling the issue I had. I've attached 2 screenshots, the first one being the graphical error at 1080p and the 2nd one at a resolution I don't even know but it somehow works on there. Playing on that resolution is less than ideal and I'd rather have it at 1080p but can't. I've tried OpenDL and I've had nothing but trouble with that like anti aliasing frame drops, resolution and the sort so I did as instructed and stuck with vulkan. I'm running a RX Radeon 5700 XT and a Ryzen 7 3700x so I should be able to run it (even at 4k tbh) but I can't quite seem to get it right. I've reinstalled the firmware, the application and downloaded a .dll of vulkan, started it with default settings/resolution and to no success so I'm stuck, having nothing to go off of I'm rather confused why my game isn't working but everyones is.

Delete downloaded DLL. You don't download system DLLs on Windows. That is Windows 101.

You just need to disable MSAA there.
