Crashes on startup (on compiling shaders normally)
With both Vulkan and OpenGL

Disable multithreaded RSX
    Desktop: Ryzen 7 5800X,   Radeon RX 6800 XT, 2x8G DDR4 3600MHz, Manjaro Linux
     Laptop: Ryzen 9 5900HX,  Radeon RX 6700M,   2x8G DDR4 3200MHz, Manjaro Linux
Old Desktop: AMD FX-8350,     Radeon R9 280X,    2x4G DDR3 1600MHz, Manjaro Linux

ok I fixed everything, works like a charm at 4K 120hz.
CPU blit - on
Renderer- Vulkan
Preferred CPU threads - 2 (removes stutter)
performance overlay disabled - (causes stutter. I lost my mind trying to benchmark various settings and getting constant, unplayable stutter until I forgot to turn it on )
Anisotropic to anything BUT auto (odd but seems to improve performance by a little, for me at least)
Multi RSX improves performance by a tiny bit but I imagine it varies by CPU
Other options like Zcull, Texture scaling seem to have to effect.
NOT AT ALL a must to lock frame rate to 30-60! the only artifact seems to be the greeting message flickering when you lunch the game.
