Asura's Wrath high resolution glitch

Playing the game in anything above the default 720p causes this glitch on the video monitors in the game. You should be seeing the faces of the other characters. Not sure if this would apply to other effects as well.

For BLUS30721, using the recommended settings on the rpcs3 wiki and Vulkan. Running a i7-7700hk, GTX 1070, and 32gb of ram on an SSD.
