Correct title is "Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater - HD Edition", not "METAL GEAR SOLID 3 HD EDITION"

I'm not sure the game is ready for Playable status. The game has major slowdown in large or complex areas and crashes in the Main Menu after pressing Exit on one of the Basic Actions pages. Also seeing as other regions of MGS3 HD aren't playable or MGS2 HD isn't playable despite being on nearly the exact same engine and technically better performing, I don't think its correctly labeled.

So, for some reason i get a giant frame drop followed by a slow motion thing, even though i have a gtx 1080 and a ryzen 7 2700

*Enabling CPU blit emulation made mine, unplayable. Long load times and micro stutter like fast-forward effect.

Maybe Game/animation speed might be tied to the frame rate, I'm getting some instances of slowdown.
When the games at 60fps it plays fine, but when it drops the game everything moves slower
But I've noticed some visual glitches that only appear during cutscenes, and not in the same section during normal gameplay segments

I came across this flickering / weird buffer looking problem, although I reloaded in an effort to get a log that wasn't 4 hours long and didn't get it again in the same cutscene... tragedy. I'll be keeping an eye on it though and try get meaningful logs lol
