littlebigplanet water crash and low fps

i'm having some problems with the LBP. The first one is the water in the dlc of the pirates of the caribbean, whenever i enter the water the game crashes. and also im getting about 20 fps on average, and in other games like: persona 5 i get 30 fps on average, is the game still poorly optimized? my specs: gtx 1050M 4gb
i7-7700hq 2.80ghz
8gb ram ddr4 2666mhz

Laptop CPU, expect lower performance
The game itself isn't more or less optimized, it has a single version and won't get updated any more, the only thing that can change is the emulator itself
