Rpcs3 not launching at all

hi, i I didn't face this problem before, the last version that i can run now is  0.0.7-8771 after this version the rpcs3.exe just not launching at all it didn't create folders also no logs just nothing and it did't show in task manager, i tried with no success:
- DDU
- clean registries

my pc specs:
 i7 8700/gtx 1070/16g ram/W10 enterprise 64bit

any help? thank you

Uninstall the standalone 2015, 2017 and 2019 redistributables and install https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/VC_redist.x64.exe which is a compendium of 2015-2019 MSVC redistributables

If it still doesn't work, try moving out your config.yml and games.yml as they may be broken
