Hello! I have been having some audio issues with Persona 5, The game seems to run smoothly at a constant 25-30fps.
But the audio always stutters, making the game quite annoying to play, I have tried thread pausing which froze the game after some amount of time, I have tried different configurations but none of them seems to work.
I'm on the latest build of RPCS3.
My computer has a GTX 1050Ti - Driver Version 436.2.0.0
a Intel Core i5-7400 @ 3.00Ghz
8GB of ram (forgot the speed)
and its running Windows 10.

It didn't work...
I'm on a build prior to April 2019 and with experimental LLVM on.
Thread pausing seems to work but the effect disappears after a while.

Weird...
The performance is even worse even with all of the settings shown above.

Try with SPU Loop Detection again then, are you sure the audio stutters don't happen when caching SPU code or Shaders?

Yes, I'm sure.
The audio stutters are a bit better now with SPU Loop Detection on, but it's still unbearable and annoying.
And the FPS is at a 12 most of the time with the latest build of RPCS3.

if it where only on persona 5, but the sluttering is on all games that i have tested on the news builds after 8576, also as i said on previous post of mine the speed have drop a lot, maybe someone needs to get the advice i put before and im sure things will go back to normal again and even be better than now.

Not really. There are many people reporting that the newer builds cause issues on lower end machines but it seems the focus for the project seems to get the best compatibility and performance on high end machines irrespective of what happens with more modest systems.

Regarding my earlier suggestion, you DID actually use the LLVM (Experimentasl) - in the sttings I mean - as that is what fixed the issue for me (again only on 8086 and prior)?

Yes, I did.
It has made the thread pausing effect last a bit longer but now the game just freezes instead of making the stutter come back.
