You can test the game and find out for yourself, GrantKane has a very slow processor so anyone with a decent rig can expect at least 15 fps I would imagine

It's the same. Problem with colors with OpenGL. With Vulkan game crash at game menu.

With Vulkan:

I recently did a full playthrough and couldn't find any game breaking bugs. However cutscenes do not work and nor does the video background in the main menu but I didn't notice any graphical issues in game. I used the Vulkan renderer with 150% scale to 1080p but didn't test with OpenGL. Framerate was a solid 30fps throughout.

Specs
i5 6600k oc'd to 4.4ghz

Asus Z170i pro gaming mobo
16gb ram
EVGA GTX970 SC

Settings
Vulkan
Renderer 150% scale (1080p)
PPU LLVM
SPU LLVM

I can confirm the game is fully playable apart from broken cinematics.
Also there is strange AI behavior in the mission at the beach:  Some enemies refused to leave ships. That can lead to the wrong conclusion that the game is broken but it is not.

The cutscenes and menu are fixed now as of a recent PR. I'd say the game was completely playable now.

Game's name: KILLZONE® [NPEA00418]
Status: Playable
The game's fully playable now without major graphical glitches. Cinematics are playing correctly (no glitches in the main menu either)  FPS is hovering around 27-28 at almost all time no matter where you look and how intensive things around you are. It also didn't crash on me even once.
