FPS drops in games with green compatibility and correct PC

Hello,

I have a problem with the green logo games that I run. they have fps drops and are slow despite a correct pc

I tried to change the settings of cpu and gpu as recommended but it does not work

GTX 950
I3 4150
8Gb ram

What do you mean by "correct PC"?
Your PC is below recommended specs, even though it's above minimal requirements, doesn't mean it can properly run stuff.
Your CPU is too weak.
