I tried to open rpcs3 after I extracted it but the .exe doesn't appear after rpcs3 and when I try to open the application it says This app can't run on your PC

For starters, what's the specs of your PC and what OS are you using?

     Laptop: Ryzen 9 5900HX,  Radeon RX 6700M,   2x8G DDR4 3200MHz, Manjaro Linux
Old Desktop: AMD FX-8350,     Radeon R9 280X,    2x4G DDR3 1600MHz, Manjaro Linux
