LLVM + ASMJIT, lower SPU threads to secondary cores, enable SPU loop detection, automatically load required libraries, vulcan, write color buffers, use GPU texture scaling, 60 fps, 1280x720
Videocam of A.O.T. Wings of Freedom making progress now on rpcs3 version 0.0.3-5646. Wasn't hardly playable at first but now it's a bit playable during game-play as well. Game still got a lot of graphical issues during gameplay and the frame rates are still way too low but i'm confident they'll fix it all.
As you can see rendered cut-scenes are having the same graphical problems as the gameplay but i can still play the game with it. Not a perfect experience of course, far from it but enjoyable for sure.
On build rpcs3-v0.0.4-2018-02-16-ee88e7f9_win64 the game runs well at first, but drops below 5 FPS when a lot is going on. Like mickeyindahouse said the game is still full of graphical errors, rendered cutscenes seem to be working fine, video cutscenes play without problems. Game crashes and doesn't boot when using anything but the standard 720p resolution.

Edit Reason: Added version identifier
Testing on rpcs3-v0.0.5-7175-801089cf_win64, with Vulkan, using LLVM, ASMJIT, mostly standard settings. Tested on OpenGL as well, enabling and disabling Write Color Buffers.
While the texture degradation has decreased, the game now freezes for random periods of time. When it doesn't freeze, seems to be around 10-20 FPS while ingame. Cutscenes and menus work OK.
rpcs3-v0.0.5-7562-92be67b4_win64
PPU Decoder: Recompiler (LLVM)
SPU Decoder: Recompiler (ASMJIT)
LLE: Load liblv2.sprx only
Renderer: Vulkan
GPU: Write Color Buffers, Use GPU Texture Scaling, Disable Vertex Cache
The performance and behavior of this game has improved greatly. The jackets are now back to normal (They were broken previously, but now they do not move when the character does?) and while there's still some textures incorrectly rendered, game now plays at 30-60FPS with minor freezes when loading new elements.
Surprisingly, when the game load is high, for example, when AI partners show up, the FPS won't take a hit, but the audio quality will, starting to get heavily choppy.

Just tested it with the latest version (rpcs3-v0.0.5-7586-c50d459b_win64) and without Disable Vertex Cache and you were right, it's not needed. The output is exactly the same. Oh, and now I've seen that the jackets move correctly.

Game performance has increased during high CPU load times (When there's a lot of AI moving around, in the last part of the first mission, The 104th Cadet Corps), but still slows down a bit visually and the audio still takes a hit. Some textures are still corrupted (They're few, but they're visibile).
Again, if someone's willing to beat the game, this might be able to ascend to playable.
Performance is now nearly 30FPS with minor hiccups, but the audio issues are still there, there's less issues, but still audible enough. Some textures are still corrupted (They're few, but they're visibile).

I've got a different region.. Attack on Titan [NPUB31791]
It seems to play fine, but still have the occasional corrupt texture.
Seems very stable and playable...
