OpenGL Performance >> Vulkan ??

Anyway Here My Laptop Specs as Start 

   

Note : 950M 4GB edition 
So I actually Cleaned Installed Latest Drivers Of both Intel and nividia card After An ( DDU ) 

nividia driver 416.34

There are 2 cases here 

Case 1 :

2. People told me you can run this game on Intel 4600 how?????? what settings????
