How to import settings via .log-file

Hello, there !

in case i make myself ridicoulous, i am not a native speaker and did not find the answer on the forum ...

Following question:

Is there a way to copy the settings of a .log-file to the config. file without copy it all by single phrases ?

I mean, importing the settings ?!

I don't think there is an easy way, I never tried though.
Note that most configurations are just a couple of button clicks away from default
    Desktop: Ryzen 7 5800X,   Radeon RX 6800 XT, 2x8G DDR4 3600MHz, Manjaro Linux
     Laptop: Ryzen 9 5900HX,  Radeon RX 6700M,   2x8G DDR4 3200MHz, Manjaro Linux
Old Desktop: AMD FX-8350,     Radeon R9 280X,    2x4G DDR3 1600MHz, Manjaro Linux
