Can't download the emulator

Hi! I've been trying to download the emulator for at least 3 days now and it fails every time. I tried it on firefox and on edge but the result is the same: "Download failed''.
I have no problem downloading files from other sites. If I do nothing on the 'open with/save file' pop up, a new pop up appears that reads:

''C:\Users\*\AppData\Local\Temp\SC3WLuF_.zip.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.
Try again later, or contact the server administrator.''

Any ideas? Is there an issue with the site? I use avast antivirus and the firewall from windows. Thanks!

AppVeyor is having issues. You have to try several times, it will eventually download.

download start but not complete..

If you're on chrome keep resuming the download until it's done and that's it.

Did it finally. Like M1hai said, when it shows the 'download failed' message keep pressing 'retry download' and it will eventually download it

There is not more simple to put it in download direct??

Bah, Id invented solution of this problem long time ago. You can use Opera 1218 Portable for downloading needed build, good old opera supports autoresuming downloads and thats it. Or good old flashget / mediaget can make it too
