Is there a way to use riva tuner with rpcs3 like you do with cemu for example?
I can only select the rpcs3.exe in the riva. But the actual emulated game is opened in another window/program.

Both windows are from the same process.
and Riva Tuner doesn't support Vulkan anyway.

RivaTuner does support Vulkan. I recommend using the latest beta version 7.0.0.

RivaTuner supports vulkan but doesn't work with RPCS3 when using vulkan.
