namely, jojo all star battle extar characters dlc..i installed the pkg file of the same region\version of the game but they just won't appear

If the DLC contains a new EBOOT then no

no it doesn't

it contains param sfo ps3logo.dat and usrdir with various .edat files inside. i tried installing it like any other pkg, but it doesn't work :\

I tried installing the NPEB version of the joj asb game, and the npeb version of the dlc for said game, for having extra dlc characters...it installs fine..but nothing changes when I'm in-game
