I am sure this has been answered 100 times, but the ones i have seen the module name was a .dll. Any help here will be greatly appreciated. This is what i get when i try to install a package.

My cpu is a AMD Phenom II X4 955 and i know it supports Ssse3 at least the cpuid says it does. I am a newbie so please take it easy on me lol

Your CPU doesn't support SSSE3, it's written in the error. I'm 100% sure CPUID doesn't tell you SSSE3 is supported anywhere, you probably confused with some other instruction set.

You have to buy a new CPU if you want to use RPCS3.

Depends on your budget. Can be i7 6700/7700, i5 6500, 7500, Ryzen 5/7 and so on.
For RPCS3 nothing less than a good quad-core.
