The right way is getting them alongside your drivers. You can also install Vulkan SDK to get them however.

Soooo, has there been any progress with this problem at all?

Maybe from newer GeForce drivers or newer RPCS3 builds? HuhHuhHuh

Too scared to actually do anything that might hard-freeze my laptop again.
