yeah it works now, I just have to put the extracted pkg to dev_hdd0/game.

Here to download the game and how to install it in rpcs3?
I already intalled the pkg file but it wont start. I can't find any .rap file

Disc games don't require for decryption with a rap license file, nor are they installed via packages at all.

Asking for game files is not allowed.

Both PSN and Retail versions work. Just buy the one you like more or find cheaper, remember a CFW PS3 is needed to rip the game nevertheless.

cfw? you mean custom firmware ps3? I cant rip using official ps3?

You can't rip discs using OFW (official firmware) PS3.
There is a way to rip PSN games using OFW with https://github.com/kakaroto/ps3xport but it's more complicated.
