Probably do not need all of these LLE modules but I don't know which got the game to work with audio. Only needed librse, libresc, and librtc to make it ingame without audio. Made it to tutorial battle about 5 fps. Finished battle and game crashed. Will post video later

Just retested the game to see how it evolved:
- Sound now works perfectly
- Some textures flicker, especially dresses and hairs
- Game is still slow, but playable, battles are at 15-20 fps
- Works best on OGL
- Text gets messed up, but that's rare.

With PR #3458, this game gets a big FPS boost, and the first cutscene, which previously was a black screen (with Vulkan), now works.
But there are a few graphics issues that remain, like some textures being black and others that flicker.

Now works best with Vulkan. Battles go at full speed. Didn't get any crash but I only played for 15 minutes or so.

Flickering textures are fixed. Now the only problems are that some of the effects/textures are black and the game is a "little" unstable

SPU fixes fixed flickering textures. Tried to see if the game was playable, but I got a MEM access violation in the dark forest after 1h20 of play.
Remaining issues:
- Black textures, especially battle UI
- Some textures (like Piccolo's camera visor, Parry Chance notification, Status ailments...) remain/appear when they shouldn't
- Text is buggy sometimes, most notably when talking to NPCs and saving
- Pictures taken with Piccolo's camera don't work, like those linked to saves
- Black frames pop up sometimes, at the beginning of battles, when using a special move... but they don't really affect gameplay.

I have noticed most of the issues you detailed in your post, and they seem to stay with any combination of OpenGL/Vulkan/Strict Rendering.

Do you think that is desirable to open a issue on github for this problems, since this game is very close to be completely playable, or are they just obvious in a bunch of titles?

I am getting into the first battle no problems, full frames, music, and cutscenes, but after I complete the first battle it crashes right when it zooms to the player. Has repeated everytime. anyone know settings to fix this or any way to continue? Was able to save at the crystal before the battle but can't proceed. would love to play game :S

After the 01/12 changes from Jarves and kd:
