so I have a FX 6300 OC to 4.1GHz

I hit like 81-99% usage while running games causing 5-6fps
is this my cpu or the emu? Or both

It's normal at this point for RPCS3 to have a high CPU usage.
It shouldn't be your CPU's problem, if RPCS3 is the only application you get a high CPU usage on, it's supposed to use a bunch.
