I tried install Visual Studio 2015 always finishing by error [ invalid command line arguments]

Doesn't seem to finish with an error. Seems like a warning. Seems to tell something about Windows SDK, though. I don't speak Polish, so you should probably translate the error.

The program doesn't start / after the installation is completed
Invalid command line arguments.
For details on the command line can be found in package the Windows Installer SDK.

Try to uninstall everything and download VS 2015 Community's offline installer, Mount the ISO and install by the mounted installer.
That's what I did and it worked.
    Desktop: Ryzen 7 5800X,   Radeon RX 6800 XT, 2x8G DDR4 3600MHz, Manjaro Linux
     Laptop: Ryzen 9 5900HX,  Radeon RX 6700M,   2x8G DDR4 3200MHz, Manjaro Linux
Old Desktop: AMD FX-8350,     Radeon R9 280X,    2x4G DDR3 1600MHz, Manjaro Linux
