With d3d12 branch + rsx branch you should have near optimal results, ie all geometry and textures, all light effects, and most shadows.
Post processing is missing and some shadows are still not rendered and I don't really understand why (I don't see what the shader is intending to compute)

Well there's the problem easily spotted. You're using the recompilers. PPU recompiler is especially inaccurate. I personally never recommend to use it, as it's very inaccurate and often even the most simple samples don't work with it. Next problem seems to be the use of SPU recompiler, which also seems to be often inaccurate.

So, for short: Use the PPU Interpreter 2 and SPU interpreter (fast).

Remember, always before posting on the forum, try to use both interpreters, and if they work, only then move up to recompiler(s).

How do you launch the game? Launching it from game list doesn't work, you need to launch the elf file in usrdir

Man if i only knew this before.............. So much time has been wasted for nothing Big Grin
With open via .elf it's working even with different vers BLUS30810. I guess we need another thread for this.

First screen with CPU-Interpreter 2 SPU-Interpreter (fast)
Second with CPU-Recompiller SPU-Interpreter (fast)

After choosing a start new game it crash.

Just added the log.

Very strange, I try to run the SH3HD it can be displayed, But black screen appears and then it stopsHuh

You need to click on "resume", the game does survive the error.
