Latest AMD 18.10.1 drivers break the graphics in Tales of Vesperia. (and maybe more? Xillia was fine, haven't tested anything else)

Using the latest intel 620 HD Skylake graphics driver has stabilized the videos on opengl for me. I am now caught in a catch 22. Incorrect coloration on vulkan or correct coloration on opengl but no text just black blocks. Requesting someone work on fixing either problem to make this game playable. slow maybe but playable.
