First time posting. Any suggestion or corrections to improve further post is appreciated, since I will post on other game threads with this one for a basis.

RPCS3 v0.0.7-9242 c65bb0d2 Alpha

Laptop on Windows 10 x64
Intel® Core™ i5-7300HQ CPU QuadCore 2.50GHz
RAM: 6.00 GB, GeForce GTX 1050 4GB GDDR5

Started with default configuration, and procedeed to change from then on, testing in both OpenGL and Vulkan with few changes on the result.

OpenGL: Freezes on the autosave or title screen after a few seconds, with music playing continuously. If I press "X" quickly I can progress in the menus, but if I stay in a menu for more than one second, it freezes, sometimes with the "compiling shadders" message on the bottom. The farthest I could go was right after the cutscene of "Act 1", freezing in the first frame of the character ingame.

Vulkan: Logo appears, then the autosave screen for a fraction of a second but then freezes on a black screen.

I have been playing some games in RPCS3 with great results, but I haven't got the best of PCs for this kind of thing, so feel free to point that out if it helps to understand these outcomes and improve the contribution.

Thank you.

Quote: I get ride of those acces violation errors by using "Interpreter (fast)" in PPU decoder and "LLVM" in SPU decoder

They're still coming up for me... and using that setting lowers frame rate right down to 17 - 25 fps. Pretty big performance hit.

Does anyone else have garbled green blotches(lines) all over the screen while playing cinematic's? The graphics are fine in the menus and while playing the game. Its just when the movies play, I get green color scattered all over the images.

Did somebody try "Accurate Gettlar" in Debug Menu on this Game. Iam using this on Dead to Rights Retribution and get rid of the Crashes.

Mem Access Violation can cause through custom high Resolution. Try nativ.

RPCS3 v0.0.10-10343-14969cd8 Alpha | HEAD | Firmware version: 4.86

AMD Ryzen 5 3600x CPU @ 4.30GHz | 12 Threads | 16.00 GiB RAM

Month or so ago i was experiencing crashes every 15 mins in this game. Decided to see if game got any better and honestly, it has. Blieve it might had been the higher resolution that I set at first setup.

Update : 1.03

CPU Settings :
PPU Decoder : Recomplier (LLVM)
SPU Decoder : Recompiler (LLVM)

Additional Settings :
Enable SPU loop detection
SPU Cache

GPU Settings :
Resolution Scale : 150% (1920x1080)

Advance Settings  :
Driver Wake-Up Delay : 2000us

Other than the text / font being little pixelated, everything seems to be working correctly, with no major crashes anymore.

create the account to share my solution to these random freezes, i have a ryzen 5 2600, amd rx580 and 16gb RAM.

with the default emulator configuration it was almost instantaneous that a freeze occurred. I was making modifications to the configuration until I reached one that gave me some stability that I could play for 1-2 hours and then it would freeze. It is not enough to finish the cathedral, so I kept modifying until I got to this one and I have not had more freezes.

what gave me total stability was to enable "Relaxed ZCULL Sync"
