Seems like you didn't decrypt it properly. Discs have their own special decryption, RPCS3 is unable to decrypt those, but we're able to decrypt the game executables and files (after the disc encryption has been decrypted).

look i need to find out how to decrypted ps3 games on the pc i just feel like people are avoid me for some odd reason and the game is not praired i got it myself
