I'm not hugely tech literate in this scenario but I was wondering why having a window open on top of rpcs3 drops the temps? Full screen I'm at +80C in windowed mode it stays in +80c but if I open another program or a window for something else and keep it on top of rpcs3 my temps go right down with no change of game performance.
