Warhawk BCUS98117 no audio aside from music in-game

Update: https://github.com/RPCS3/rpcs3/issues/12786 all Warhawk audio works when using Static Interpreter rather than LLVM recompiler, but without LLVM recompiler online performance suffers badly. Log included in Github post.
