Specs:
Cpu: Ryzen 7 3700x
GPU: 2080 Super Driver 516.94
RAM: 16gb 3200mhz
OS: Windows 10 Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044
RPCS3 Build: 0.0.24-14135-60fc90bb Alpha

In more recent build of RPCS3 The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon has some issues that make the game nearly unplayable when V-sync is enable and in fullscreen. Textures, characters models, and sources of light will turn completely black and flash back and forth between its regular look and the black texture. This only seems to occur when v-sync is enable and the game is in fullscreen mode. Have either one or both disabled resolves the issues, but this isn't great way to play, also these issues weren't present in different versions of RPCS3. Another strange issue is that when a different window or overlay is currently present of the screen, the graphical issues go away. I tried reverting back to builds in May of this year but the issues still persist. Is it an Nvidia driver issue, the game itself or some other setting I not trying? This issues still occurs with everything default, but V-sync being enabled.
