I have a huge (32GB) file in my appdata local temp folder. What is this used for and is it safe to delete? Will this mess with anything in RPCS3?

My specs if they help/needed.

CPU: Ryzen 9 3900x
Ram: 32Gb
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
