Works fine with defaults. Potentially playable.
Increasing vblank to 120 will raise fps to 60 (won't go higher), also game has native mouse support so you might want to disable it in the settings to prevent random camera movement.

There is an issue with screen flickering if you turn the camera at specific points in game, which might be an epilepsy trigger, so maybe it's not playable after all.

This version is literally BLES00761 with changed disc id and one extra localized entry in param.sfo and one extra localized icon file.
