Uncharted: Drakes Deception crashing

The game stopped crashing but I'm getting terribly low fps (2-3) when playing,  and whenever I change my resolution settings or other gpu related settings i get this error

F {PPU[0x1000000] Thread (main_thread) [0x00048934]} VM: Access violation reading location 0x0 (unmapped memory)
