Persona 5 broken victory cutscenes

So in 1st Palace and before I started exploring Mementos, everything was working fine even when I had not so good fps state. But now, in Mementos, and in every Palace, the victory cutscene is extra broken. Idk why is that, but characters froze in place and Joker is not running, only after a few seconds. Also I don't see anything on screen, only how much exp I gained etc, and background. Is there something blocking this? Maybe in rr.com settings?

It’s caused by the patch. Look in the the root directory, is patch.yml 12 kb? That’s the one you want. If it’s 2 kb (I think the outdated one is 2 but I know for sure the updated one is 12) then it’s outdated. Replace it with the new patch and it’ll work a lot better it worked for me. Now I can actually watch all out attacks, the old 60fps patch would skip over part of them and also cutscene dialogues
