That PKG can be found as part of the Resistance 3 [BCUS98176]

Specs: 
I7 9700K 16GB RAM
GTX 1060 3GB

Ver: rpcs3-v0.0.8-9494-c4a01875_win64

Settings: in the video

Report: 
the status: Intro
It's getting to the game but not showing anything on the screen, only voice.
