Rock Band Guitar Doesn't work

Hey there I'm new to RPCS3. I have an Xbox 360 Rock Band 1 Strat, and Rock Band 1 for the PS3 (figured RPCS3 works better with this game than Xenia so I got the PS3 disc). The guitar is wired and works just fine with stuff like Clone Hero, but it's recognised as a DS3 by RB. I set the handler to XInput and controller type to guitar but still, nothing. It works with GH3 but yellow and blue are switched. Can I make it work or does it only work with PS3 guitars? Thanks in advance.
