All of these videos were made on master builds, all of them show FPS counters either on the window title or on an overlay, and all of them are running at full performance.
All of them are running at 60FPS except .hack//versus which is locked to 30 FPS on the console itself therefore also runs at locked 30 FPS on RPCS3, at full speed and therefore Playable.

Also just tested TEKKEN 6 myself (and my PC is below recommended specs) and it's Playable.
