Followed settings suggested in https://forums.rpcs3.net/thread-187642-page-2.html, both SPU ASMJIT and LLVM got me into ingame.
Vulkan
PPU:LLVM
SPU: ASMJIT and LLVM (experimental)
Load automatic and manual selection
-libvdec.sprx
Strict Rendering Mode
Write Color Buffers

Current status: Ingame
