Enable thread scheduler
You need this for Ryzen CPUs

Also set Recompiler LLVM on PPU and Recompiler ASMJIT on SPU

Audio Renderer should be XAudio2, even when testing for accuracy

Also try disabling "Use GPU texture scaling"
