Another Instance Of RPSC3 Already Running

I been trying to play Persona 5 on my computer and install it with no problem but when I tried to click it I keep getting the message

Another Instance Of RPSC3 is already running. Close it or kill it if necessary

Did I do something wrong in the instillation progress or am I missing something?
