I have these crashes that happen on different warps, not only on the one you mentioned. It could be just a coincidence, but I think that some items that you have equipped may cause the crash.
I was farming greystone with Large sword of Searching and the game would freeze about every 2nd warp. But after swapping the item for something else it would no longer freeze.
