FPS usually stays at 30 or very close to, driving is usually more around 25-30 (depending on area and speed) but still not that noticeable. Good graphics, sound.
I tested it from a new game for about 2 hours worth of running around and I never crashed. The other ID for this game has a video where the person playing crashed with questionable circumstance about ten minutes in. If anyone has any problems with crashing please make a post, but for now I will just assume it was a fluke/unrelated.
You'll need a very strong CPU if you want to play this around now. My 8700k is OC'd to 5.0GHz and just barely maintains a high enough fps.
