A recent build seems to have fixed this, I was having the same issue with the EU version, if the patch was installed. It would also only run once, then complain about the disc folder being wrong, something in the .sfo was getting messed up, copying back the previous one (in dev_hdd0\game\BLES00452) would let it start again. Updated from build 6990 to build 7024, reinstalled the update and DLC, and both of these issues appear to have been resolved.
