Yeah, actually I am noticing this too. Somewhere around ~0.0.5-r7900 there was a regression related to texture buffers. When I play the game in 0.0.6-r8568 it crashes with this message after a few minutes:

All settings are default, Vulkan renderer, default resolution scale.
