Hardware Question

Hi guys, first of all sorry for my bad English, this is not my native language. So i wanted to ask is my damn PC is so crappy that i really can't emulate none of the games, because all i get is Ingame menu in "Heavenly Sword" all other games forces emulator to close with "don't send" error (if you know what i mean).

So the specs of my pc:
CPU - Intel i5 6600k;
RAM - Crucial Balistics Sport 16Gb DDR4;
VIDEO - AMD Radeon R9 380 4Gb (Gigabyte);
MAINBOARD - Gigabyte Gaming K3.
