Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 [BLUS30125]

Works perfectly now! At 720p I get a pretty steady 30fps at 2160p it jumps between 6 to 28. State should be changed to Playable.
You need to set network to `IP Obtained` to get past the loading screen on startup. Have not encountered problems so far in campaign
or hunt mode. Only tested split-screen. I used Vulkan and RPCS3 Version: 0.0.7-9083-8d150575 Alpha.
